EICRs – There are various reasons to have a property’s electrics tested and inspected, some of which include:
- Landlords’ inspection (although it’s not as enforced as annual gas appliance services for tenanted homes, it is recommended that the electrics are tested every 5 years or at change of tenant. Many insurance companies will insist on this)
- Buying or selling your home. We cover central Reading and the rest of Berkshire, South Oxfordshire and North Hampshire.
- Ensuring your existing wiring and fuseboard meet current regulations or are safe.
- Extending your property and ensuring all existing electrical work is also safe.
